Other information
Casual Industrees, a local private company, has expressed concern to the Washington United for Marriage campaign that the Referendum 74 logo looks similar to their business logo. We wanted to clarify that the Washington United for Marriage campaign is not affiliated with Casual Industrees nor do the views expressed by the Washington United for Marriage campaign necessarily reflect the views of those connected with Casual Industrees. Any similarities between the Washington United for Marriage campaign logo and any artwork used by Casual Industrees is purely coincidental. Casual Industrees has agreed that the Washington United for Marriage campaign should continue the use of the Washington United logo, as long as it is used solely for the purposes of the campaign and not for a general business purpose that might potentially infringe on Casual Industrees’ use.
